The services provided by Ember Blossom include, but are not limited to, the creation of bespoke forged metalwork, floral sculptures, custom metal gates and railings, decorative ironwork for gardens, sculptural metal flower installations, restoration of historical wrought iron, and bespoke furniture pieces.

2. Services Provided

Ember Blossom offers a range of bespoke metalwork services. Each project is unique and crafted to client specifications. Details regarding specific projects, including design, materials, timeline, and pricing, will be outlined in a separate project agreement or quotation document provided to the client.

3. Quotations and Orders

All quotations provided by Ember Blossom are valid for a specified period, typically 30 days, unless otherwise stated. Orders are considered accepted upon receipt of a signed agreement or an initial deposit, as detailed in the project quotation. Prices are subject to change after the validity period.

For custom work, a design consultation and approval process will be established before fabrication commences. Any changes requested after design approval may incur additional charges and extend project timelines.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the individual project agreement. Typically, a percentage of the total project cost is required as an upfront deposit, with subsequent payments staggered throughout the project lifecycle and a final payment due upon completion and satisfactory installation.

Ember Blossom reserves the right to suspend work or withhold delivery if payment terms are not met. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and intellectual property developed by Ember Blossom in the course of providing services remain the exclusive property of Ember Blossom until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership of the physical commissioned artwork transfers to the client, but Ember Blossom retains the right to use images of the work for promotional purposes.

Any unauthorized reproduction or use of our designs without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

Ember Blossom guarantees that all bespoke metalwork and sculptures are crafted with the highest standards of workmanship and materials suitable for their intended purpose. Any specific guarantees or warranties for materials or finishes will be communicated in your project agreement.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or natural wear and tear.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ember Blossom will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of our services or website.

Our total liability to you for any and all claims related to the services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Ember Blossom for the specific service from which the claim arises.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Amendments to Terms

Ember Blossom reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on our online platform. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
